Refund policy

At Swarnvi, every piece is handpicked, quality-checked, and packed with care before it reaches you. We take this seriously, so you don't have to think about returns.
Our policy is simple: all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Jewellery that has been worn, used, or removed from original packaging
- Incorrect size estimate
- Change of mind
- Colour variation from screen (screens display colours differently — our photos are as accurate as possible)
- Items purchased during sales or with discount codes
The only exception: damaged or defective items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will replace it — no questions asked.
To raise a defect claim you must:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery — claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstance
- WhatsApp us at [8796716653] with your order number and clear photographs of the defect/damage (minimum 3 photos: full product, close-up of defect, and original packaging)
- Keep the item in its original Swarnvi packaging — items without original packaging are not eligible
We review all claims within 48 hours. If approved, we ship a replacement at no cost to you. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available for that specific product and are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Why we can't do open returns
We're a reliable, founder-run brand. Every piece is handpicked, quality checked by us. Open returns make it impossible for us to maintain the pricing that makes Swarnvi accessible. We'd rather be honest about this than inflate prices to cover return costs.
